  • Each workouts is only 15 minutes! The step challenge portion of the challenge is optional and the length will vary for how long it takes to reach your daily step goal for each person.

  • The challenge starts on June 3rd and ends on August 31st! You can start the 4 weeks anytime between these dates.

  • It’s simple! Join the Healthy With Kelsey app on any membership and download the app. Once downloaded, you can find the program in the “challenges” tab and join from there!
